management, patient access, coding, and chart auditing. As a certified coder, she has worked with
various specialty providers, including dermatologists, ophthalmologists, nephrologists, neurologists,
internal medicine physicians, cardiologists, and others. Her experience spans multiple healthcare
settings, including behavioral health organizations, home health care, for-profit and non-profit hospitals.
Hema holds a bachelor’s degree in finance accounting, and Auditing from Mumbai University, and has
built a strong foundation in healthcare revenue cycle management. She has a proven track record of
maximizing revenue and reducing denials, with expertise in identifying and correcting process
inefficiencies. She has led project teams and served in leadership roles, driving revenue cycle excellence
and process improvement.
